Sr Infrastructure Engineer

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY

• Design, implement, maintain, and optimize Carter BloodCare’s network infrastructure using advanced expertise in Cisco networking technologies, routing protocols, SD-WAN, and infrastructure security.
• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of network systems by maintaining LAN/WAN environments, supporting VOIP systems, and collaborating with cybersecurity personnel to enforce security standards.
• Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network and infrastructure issues to ensure high availability and performance across critical systems, including hybrid cloud environments.
• Elicit and exemplify CBC Core Values and Code of Conduct, and adhere to CBC policies and applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Attend meetings and training sessions as assigned to support ongoing development and organizational goals.
• Participate in the shared on-call rotation with the IS Technical Services team, maintaining availability beyond standard business hours when business needs arise.
