About the role
A highly technical, hands-on engineer to join a critical engineering organization supporting enterprise infrastructure and platform modernization initiatives. This role involves solving complex technical problems, automating infrastructure, and improving development efficiency through modern DevOps practices and AI-enabled tooling.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting enterprise applications.
- Develop automation solutions using Python.
- Improve software delivery through DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering best practices.
- Support Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives.
- Assist with AWS cloud infrastructure deployments and automation.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to improve deployment reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Utilize AI-powered developer tools (such as Claude) to improve engineering productivity and software development workflows.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, application deployment, networking, and automation issues.
- Support containerized applications running within Kubernetes/EKS environments.
- Continuously identify opportunities to automate manual operational processes.
Requirements
This is not a leadership or management role. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and solving complex technical problems. The manager specifically wants engineers already incorporating AI into their daily development process—not someone simply familiar with AI concepts.

- DevOps / SRE:
- Strong Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience
- DevOps engineering background
