SRE/DevOps Engineer

About the role

The SRE/DevOps Engineer will be responsible for managing and maintaining the infrastructure and services that support Versana Tech's software development lifecycle. This includes deploying and scaling applications, monitoring system performance, and ensuring high availability and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage cloud-based infrastructure using AWS or GCP
• Implement and maintain automated deployment pipelines
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Ensure compliance with security policies and standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and other SREs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash)
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
