Sr. Worldwide Specialist – GenAI/ML, Accelerate Compute, Data & AI GTM

About the role

Do you want to help define the future of Go to Market (GTM) at AWS using generative AI? You will be part of the core worldwide GenAI Models team, responsible for helping our customers build and deploy Generative AI (GenAI) models to power end applications and use cases across industry verticals. You will engage with product owners to influence product direction and help our customers tap into new markets by utilizing GenAI along with AWS Services. You will be working directly with GenAI model providers, Inference service providers, and ISVs, around model performance evaluations and optimization on AWS infrastructure, developing demos and proof-of-concepts of GenAI end applications and use cases with large models.

Key job responsibilities

• Help develop the industry’s best cloud-based solutions to grow the GenAI business.
• Working closely with product and field teams and partners like ISVs and 3rd party model providers, help enable new capabilities for customers to develop and deploy GenAI workloads across Edge devices and AWS.
• Market sizing and building an opportunity pipeline.
• Working with customers to understand technical requirements for proof-of-concepts (POC).
• Creating content to train the field teams.
• Driving thought-leadership.
• Drive the development of the GTM plan for building and scaling GenAI on AWS.
• Interact with customers directly to understand their business problems and work with GenAI model providers and solutions architects to help them define and implement scalable GenAI solutions.
• Work closely with account teams and product teams to drive model implementations and develop new solutions.
• Look for patterns and trends that can be broadly applied across an industry segment or a set of customers to help accelerate innovation.

Basic qualifications

• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience.
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience selling cloud solutions at a software company or equivalent.
• Experience conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
• Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
• Experience in negotiating complex agreements with an understanding of legal terminology and reasoning.
