Sr. Worldwide Specialist - GenAI, Foundation Models, Data & AI GTM
About the role
Do you want to help define the future of Go to Market (GTM) at AWS for generative AI (GenAI)? You will be part of the core worldwide GenAI Foundation Models GTM team focused on GenAI infrastructure for model training. You will be responsible for defining, building, and deploying targeted strategies to accelerate adoption of our services and solutions with lighthouse Frontier AI model builders across segments and industry verticals. You will be working directly with the most important customers in the GenAI model training and inference space helping them adopt and scale large-scale workloads (e.g., foundation models) on AWS, developing GTM plans, external/internal evangelism, and developing demos and proof-of-concepts.
Key job responsibilities
- Work closely with customers to understand the AI infrastructure requirements, complexities involved in scaling GenAI model training across modalities and use-cases that take advantage of the power of AWS' storage, compute, networking, and GenAI technologies
- Define GTM strategies and lead cross-functional initiatives to expand existing markets, develop scalable programs to drive adoption, and identify new opportunities
- Conduct market sizing, build an opportunity pipeline, and work with customers to understand technical requirements for proof-of-concepts
- Create content to train the field teams and drive industry thought-leadership
- Work with product teams to define new features, and identify partners and potential acquisitions
- Work with Amazon SageMaker and Amazon EC2 product teams to shape product vision and prioritize features for GenAI infra
- Create compelling content, and build scalable programs and mechanisms to increase awareness and adoption of ML Frameworks and AWS solutions
Basic qualifications
- Experience in business development, direct technology services sales, partnership management, or sourcing new business
- 5+ years of customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services experience
- 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
- 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with SLURM, Kubernetes, GenAI infra platforms such as Fireworks
- Experience in GPU architecture, AI models, distributed training and inference
- Experience in end to end model development lifecycle
Pay
Base salary range by location:
- USA, CA, SANTA CLARA - 179,000.00 - 242,200.00 USD annually
- USA, CA, San Francisco - 179,000.00 - 242,200.00 USD annually
- USA, NY, New York - 179,000.00 - 242,200.00 USD annually
- USA, TX, Dallas - 162,700.00 - 220,200.00 USD annually
- USA, WA, Seattle - 162,700.00 - 220,200.00 USD annually
Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
