Within the Worldwide GenAI GTM team, this position is a part of the Amazon Bedrock Go-To-Market (GTM) Specialist team, where you will lead GTM strategy for Models on Bedrock, focusing on expanding model choice and access for customers. We define go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Amazon Bedrock and lead cross-functional initiatives to expand existing markets, develop scalable programs to drive adoption, and identify new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Models on Bedrock GTM to orchestrate sales motions for sales, marketing, partner, product, training, and professional services teams to accelerate adoption of Amazon Bedrock.
• Work closely with foundation model partners to drive GTM motions.
• Leverage your deep domain expertise to create best in class field enablement and sales strategy.
• Support field teams in solution building for high priority customers.
• Bring market signals back to product teams to drive innovation on AWS product roadmaps.
• Own reporting and planning cadences to AWS executives on GTM plan execution.
• Demonstrate thought leadership and be able to credibly represent AWS at industry events, conferences, symposiums, etc.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience.
• 5+ years of professional or military experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
• Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.

Skills

• Domain expertise in generative AI and key ML powered use cases.
• Technical depth to articulate the benefits of Amazon Bedrock to data scientists and C-Level executives.
• Understanding of GenAI market trends, LLM providers, ecosystem, and opportunities.
• Passion for market development and evangelism.
• Adept at interacting, communicating, and partnering with teams within AWS (product, solutions architecture, sales, marketing, partner, and professional services) and externally with customers and model providers.
• Ability to drive development of GTM plans, interact with customers directly, and work with model providers and solutions architects to define and implement scalable GenAI solutions.
