What You'll Do
- Independently manage small to medium projects and support large projects with budgets up to $30 million dollars
- Provide architectural and interior designs in conjunction with site planning teams
- Create space plans, test fits, design solutions and details, using AutoCAD and 2D/3D drawings
- Develop FF&E catalogs for current and future-state builds
- Electronically archive as-built drawings for each project and ensure database remains organized and updated
- Manage external Architecture and Engineering consultants and vendors
- Collaborate with internal construction managers and provide additional design support throughout construction phase
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, or Interior Design, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in the Architecture or Workplace Interiors field
- Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch-up, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Project management experience preferred
- Strong understanding of state and federal regulations (including the ADA) and applicable building code requirements
- Able to work on multiple projects concurrently while meeting aggressive time frames
- Availability to travel occasionally to other Workplace locations around the world
