Sr. Workover Foreman

Responsibilities

• Manage field production operations including daily producing, injection/disposal well operations, surface equipment installation and maintenance, well bore maintenance and repairs, and chemical treatment programs.
• Provide support as necessary for production engineering, production administration/materials, HSE, development drilling/exploration and affiliate pipeline operations staff.
• Supervise company and contract field production staff for large scale oil field operation.

Requirements

• 15+ years of oil and gas experience, including 5+ years supervising a large production operation preferred.
• Experienced with regulatory requirements related to production operations and administrative functions related to production reporting, LOE analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Experience with well performance analysis, including workover/recompletion recommendations.
• Self‑motivated to perform job with little supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.
