Sr. WFM Integrations Consultant- Boomi (Remote)

About the role

Mosaic Consulting Group is seeking a remote Senior Workforce Management (WFM) Integrations Consultant - Boomi to support clients with their UKG Pro WFM systems. This role involves providing consultative services, mentoring junior consultants, and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide a consultative approach by partnering with clients to produce exceptional results while building trust and commitment
• Mentor Integrations Consultants through their first projects, and delegate solutioning as needed
• Build meaningful relationships with our clients and internal team members to provide technical knowledge of Boomi and UKG Pro WFM
• Review technical requirements to assess estimates to be used in Statements of Work for our clients
• Troubleshoot integrations to resolve client issues
• Model Mosaic’s customer service vision of Guide, Anticipate, Exceed

Requirements

• Need to haves:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/related field or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience across the following disciplines: UKG Boomi Integration Development, Data Conversion, Database/SQL Development, Custom Application Development
• Hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM
• Hands-on experience with UKG Boomi Integration Development
• Experience in business analysis, specification and requirement documentation, quality assurance, and testing
• Ability to work fully remote and travel as needed for client work
• Nice to haves:
• Advanced knowledge of SQL
• UKG Pro or other Human Capital Management software experience
• Legacy Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) Experience

Qualifications

• Must maintain target utilization rate
• Maintain Boomi Professional Developer Certification
• Maintain UKG Pro WFM Integration certification
• Complete projects on time and on budget that meet the project's requirements
• Mentor Technical Consultants and delegate functional solutions to others
• Demonstrate excellent consulting skills, resulting in excellent CSAT scores, and strong customer retention
• Manage day-to-day operational activities, including timekeeping and maintaining your book of business
