Senior Wealth Manager (CFP is mandatory) Portsmouth NH 100% onsite $150K-$195K base + target bonus of 30% based on firm and individual performance Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Financial Planner. Responsibilities Serve as the primary financial planning advisor for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients. Deliver comprehensive planning across estate, tax, retirement, education, insurance, and debt management. Collaborate with internal team members to ensure seamless portfolio management and client service. Maintain and grow client relationships through proactive communication and strategic guidance. Contribute to the firm’s growth by bringing an established client base and participating in business development. Support the firm’s long-term vision and culture of excellence and integrity. Qualifications Minimum of 15+ years of experience working with high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners. Proven ability to serve as the lead financial planner and trusted advisor. Demonstrated success managing at least $20 million in assets under management. Bachelor’s degree required; CFP® designation is mandatory. CTFA© is a plus Deep knowledge of estate, trust, tax, retirement, education, insurance, and debt planning.
