About the role

The Sr. Water Tech Program Manager, AWS Infrastructure Services, supports the design, planning, delivery, and operation of AWS global infrastructure. This role focuses on delivering scalable water infrastructure, owning program management throughout the lifecycle of technology solutions, and driving process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Own program management throughout the entire lifecycle of technology solutions, mechanisms, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain a roadmap of scheduled products, defining new features to meet emerging customers' needs.
  • Facilitate collaboration between engineering teams, non-technical partners, and stakeholders on global team’s technology requirements, goals, and milestones.
  • Drive process improvement to streamline execution of technology solutions to completion.
  • Collaborate with global customers and stakeholders ensuring efforts are aligned with a cohesive, scalable future vision and strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience.
  • Proven experience leading initiatives related to water/utilities programs and products, infrastructure development, or data center planning.
  • Proven experience diving deep into data, existing processes, people, and systems in order to simplify complex processes.
  • Experience with business intelligence platforms, or building data analytics tools.
  • Proven track record partnering with business owners to understand requirements, developing analysis to solve their business problems, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver results.
  • Proven ability to interface successfully with senior leadership, suppliers, and customers.

Qualifications

  • Masters or MBA in related field (preferred).
  • Experience with business intelligence platforms, or building data analytics tools (preferred).
  • Proven track record partnering with business owners to understand requirements, developing analysis to solve their business problems, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver results (preferred).
  • Proven ability to interface successfully with senior leadership, suppliers, and customers (preferred).
