Job Description

Resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways regarding Water System products. Works on problems of diverse scope requiring evaluation of identifiable factors. Acts as a subject matter expert in providing high level field support for all Water System products. Maintains required documentation flow and processing for product complaints. Performs on-site inspections of installations upon completion of work, audits installation for compliance with accepted practice and manufacturer's standards as provided. Provides high level technical support to the Technical Services work group. Provides expertise to Customers on ordering of spare parts for servicing and repairing equipment. Mentors other staff as applicable. Assists with various projects as assigned by a direct supervisor.

Success Profile

A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of Water System products; works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments. Acts as a subject matter expert in providing high level field support for all Water System products. Maintains required documentation flow and processing for product complaints. Performs on-site inspections of installations upon completion of work, audits installation for compliance with accepted practice and manufacturer's standards as provided. Provides high level technical support to the Technical Services work group. Provides expertise to Customers on ordering of spare parts for servicing and repairing equipment. Mentors other staff as applicable. Assists with various projects as assigned by a direct supervisor.
