Job Description
The candidate will demonstrate the ability to coordinate the daily activities of a technical team in a professional and effective manner. They should possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide, support, and motivate technicians in meeting operational objectives. Effective interpersonal and communication skills are essential for working with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams, along with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders. The role also requires strong customer service skills, including the ability to provide professional face-to-face support and represent the organization effectively, as well as the ability to coordinate with external service providers in support of warranty and maintenance activities.
Essential Functions
- Ability to support a team in a professional and productive manner

- Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules and multiple priorities
- Ability to build positive customer relationships and provide professional front-line support
- Attention to detail and ability to prepare accurate reports, documentation, and service-related data
- Familiarity with Land Mobile radio networks (L3Harris equipment preferred)
- Understanding of Public Safety communications requirements
- Past experience leading a team
- Ability to work within budgets (time and financial)
- Use Microsoft applications like Outlook, Word, Excel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 6 years prior experience, Graduate Degree with 4 years prior experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills
- Fundamental understanding of local government budgeting process
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics
- Comfortable learning new skills or products
