We're actively seeking a Senior-level Project Manager focused on Water Resources (MS4) in the Greater Lehigh Valley. As a Senior Project Manager within HRG's water resources and stormwater team, you'll lead complex projects from planning through construction, serve as a trusted client advisor, and mentor staff while ensuring quality, compliance, and financial performance. If you are an experienced leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality water resources and public infrastructure solutions for municipal and authority clients, this role could be an ideal next step for you. A few key responsibilities for this role would involve leading and managing a variety of water resources projects, including: stormwater utility programsflood mitigation initiativespollution reduction plans (PRPs)MS4 permit complianceother public infrastructure improvements You would also be responsible for overseeing the development and quality control of technical designs, studies, and reports to ensure they are accurate, constructible, and compliant with regulatory requirements. Managing projects through the full lifecycle, you would manage everything from budgeting and forecasting to contract administration, bidding, construction, and closeout, while maintaining financial performance goals. As the primary point of contact for municipal and authority clients, you would have the opportunity to build strong relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities of coordinating permitting and compliance efforts with agencies such as PADEP, USACE, FEMA, and PennDOT, while providing technical leadership, mentorship, and professional development support to project teams, will be a key component of this leader's success. A few key requirements for this role would be a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related degree with a Professional Engineer (PE) license for the state of Pennsylvania and 10+ years of experience managing water resources and Municipal/Authority infrastructure projects, including stormwater systems, roadways, utilities, and construction administration. We ask that you are flexible to travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices as necessary, which may include overnight stays.
