Sr. Water Resources Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a variety of water resources projects, including stormwater utility programs, flood mitigation initiatives, pollution reduction plans (PRPs), MS4 permit compliance, and other public infrastructure improvements.
• Oversee the development and quality control of technical designs, studies, and reports to ensure accuracy, constructibility, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage projects through the full lifecycle, including budgeting, forecasting, contract administration, bidding, construction, and closeout, while maintaining financial performance goals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for municipal and authority clients, building strong relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate permitting and compliance efforts with agencies such as PADEP, USACE, FEMA, and PennDOT, providing technical leadership, mentorship, and professional development support to project teams.

Requirements

• A Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related degree with a Professional Engineer (PE) license for the state of Pennsylvania.
• 10+ years of experience managing water resources and Municipal/Authority infrastructure projects, including stormwater systems, roadways, utilities, and construction administration.
• Flexibility to travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices as necessary, which may include overnight stays.
• A valid US Driver’s License and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
