About the role

The Senior Warehouse Associate is primarily responsible for picking and packing orders using an electric pallet jack or using order fulfilment systems. Able to perform a variety of case picking tasks on a dedicated basis and maintain a strong track record for meeting productivity targets. No forklift experience is required.

Responsibilities

  • Able to case pick on a full-time basis
  • Primary responsibility is manual order fulfillment which may include case picking or parcel processing
  • May require intensive lifting on a regular basis
  • May coordinate value added services (VAS) activities
  • Minimal supervision required; able to work independently
  • Proficient in all Warehouse Associate job responsibilities
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Satisfies all Warehouse Associate job qualifications
  • At least six months of recent related work experience
  • Ability to push and pull a fully loaded electric and hand operated pallet jack or cart at least 50 pounds
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
  • Ability to operate and execute daily tasks with minimal supervision

Skills Required for Certification

  • Guided Training up to 16 hours
  • Electric Pallet Jack Operation and Safety (Licensing Process)
  • Consolidating & Wrapping Pallets
  • Label Printing & Applications
  • Applicable Warehouse Management Systems
  • How to Audit and Correct Outbound Labels

Pay

$18.04 per hour plus $0.75 shift differential

Schedule

Sun - Thurs 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
