Sr Warehouse Associate
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Execute on fulfillment expectations based on current operating structure
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse
- Accurately manage inventory and ensure organization of the warehouse
- Assist in receiving and putting away all incoming inventory
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing that assigned warehouse associates are completing their job duties in an efficient and timely manner
- Delegates tasks and keeps warehouse associates on track/busy, including assigning new projects to team members and helping to manage performance expectations
- Trains new staff on current order fulfillment procedures. Sets standards on proper completion of warehouse tasks
Essential Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow and delegate instructions and procedures
- Comfortable with giving constructive feedback
- 1+ years of experience working in a warehouse
Schedule
- Tues - Sat 12-830pm
Compensation
$24 per hour. Saturdays are $3 more per hour
