About the role

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute sales strategies to increase market share for assigned territories.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve sales objectives.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Manage expenses to drive business growth and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and customers.
  • Train medical staff on products and procedures.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and maximize potential by targeting specific customers.
  • Respond to customer requests and resolve complaints in a prompt and effective manner.
  • Communicate market intelligence/competitor activity promptly to sales management.
  • Participate in product and skills development programs to maintain strong ongoing knowledge of the reimbursement landscape.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years experience*
  • Associate’s Degree AND 6+ years experience*
  • Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years experience*
  • Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
  • Knowledge & experience in operating room, hospital & physician office protocol/conduct
  • Ability to teach & educate medical personnel, peers & technical support personnel
  • Top 10% past performance; President’s club winner.
