Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma to conceptualize and prototype innovative digital experiences.
- Design and enhance web pages, landing pages, and app interfaces to improve purchase flows and fan engagement.
- Build and maintain templates for consistent design across platforms.
- Ensure all designs comply with accessibility standards and maintain visual consistency.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions that enhance conversion rates and engagement.
- Leverage analytics, A/B testing, and heatmaps to continuously improve performance and conversion.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including the Brand, Sales, IT, and Compliance teams, to deliver seamless digital experiences.
- Collaborate with the content team to set the digital strategy for multiple lines of business across Web and App.
- Develop solutions to complex user experience challenges, aligned with the goals of multiple business units.
- Lead design brainstorming sessions and provide constructive feedback to internal and external teams.
- Develop and maintain design systems and best practices to ensure scalability and consistency.
- Document design processes and collaborate closely with developers for a smooth handoff.
- Optimize information architecture to create intuitive navigation and content structures.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in sports, entertainment, or eCommerce industries.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience with After Effects is a plus.
- Experience designing for ticketing platforms or eCommerce workflows is a plus.
- Solid understanding of the UX design process, usability principles, responsive design, and WCAG accessibility standards.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar to measure the impact of design improvements.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and an understanding of front-end development workflows.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Wrike or Jira.
