Sr. UX Researcher (Remote)

About the role

Lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. Collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. Influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end user research initiatives to inform product strategy
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data teams to integrate user insights
• Identify high-impact research opportunities and create research roadmaps
• Translate user signals and feedback into strategic product insights
• Facilitate alignment and constructive challenges with PMs on product direction

Qualifications

• 5+ years of User Research experience with measurable impact on B2B SaaS or operations platforms
• Ability to translate ambiguous product questions into clear, actionable research plans
• Proven experience balancing speed and rigor within tight timelines
• Track record of influencing product strategy through research insights
• Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including Product Management and Design

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
