Description Your Role We are seeking a highly experienced Lead UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you’ll guide the design of complicated and expansive user experiences for our digital products that need to be intuitive, accessible, engaging, and performant. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, business partners, and other designers to solve complex problems and turn them into elegant, user‑centered solutions.

• Understand the motivations and needs of millions of customers.
• Collaborate with business and brand partners to create technology, capabilities, and processes that allow for efficient set‑up, monitoring, and management of digital experiences.
• Advocate for the learnability, efficiency, memorability, and desirability of new or enhanced features and functionality across the breadth of the user journey.
• Advocate for—and design within—a systems‑based methodology that allows for configurability, customization, and specialization of reusable components that enables scalability and quality.
• Incorporate an ever‑expanding and maturing set of tools and processes powered by AI to help bring ideas to life more efficiently and effectively.
• Drive continuous product improvements by researching and rapidly designing iterative functional solutions to enhance the user experience
