Sr. UX Designer

About the role

A Sr. UX Designer will lead the design of innovative user experiences across multiple platforms. Reporting to the Head of Design, this role will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that meet user needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into design solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
• Stay current with the latest UX/UI trends and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
• Experience working on complex projects with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience with agile methodologies and iterative design processes.
• Understanding of accessibility guidelines and best practices.

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience.
