Sr. UX Designer

ECLARO is seeking a Senior UX Designer for a client in New York, NY. The client operates one of the world's largest energy delivery systems, focusing on innovations in developing technology.

About the role

A UI/UX designer to design and develop intuitive, user-centered experiences for AI-powered applications, agents, employee portals, and digital workplace solutions. The designer will partner with the GenAI tech lead and developers to create engaging, accessible, and scalable user experiences that drive adoption and business value.

Responsibilities

• Design user experiences, workflows, and interfaces for AI-powered solutions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and design specifications
• Develop responsive front-end applications and reusable UI components
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive experiences
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into designs
• Ensure solutions meet accessibility, branding, and user experience standards
