- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and quality across all digital products.
- Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders, including executive-level presentations.
- Partner with business and product leaders to align design decisions with business goals.
- Provide quality assurance on creative deliverables and oversee the work of multiple UX projects.

- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Must possess analytics proficiency, with the ability to pull data to measure and articulate design impact.
- Leadership and Communication: Experience leading or mentoring other designers. Strong presentation skills and ability to independently lead projects and manage the full UX process are necessary. Must have a portfolio showcasing strong design principles and successful product outcomes. Expertise in user-centered design principles and methodologies is required. Proven experience with user interface design and adherence to guidelines. Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams and experience with Agile workflows are also required.
