About the role

Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with design and product leadership to define features and contribute to the overall direction of the product area.
- Set up, lead, and execute customer research and stakeholder interviews with your product manager.
- Design user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals and assets.
- Create prototypes that accurately portray designed user interactions.
- Design AI-powered experiences in the product, shaping how customers interact with AI in their workflows.
- Prepare all assets for engineering handoff to clearly illustrate what needs to be built.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or Interaction Design.

- A portfolio of work in which you were the primary designer leading high-impact projects for mobile and desktop.
- Showcase problem-solving, decision-making, iterating, ideating, prototyping, and overall visual design.
- Ability to partner directly with product managers and engineers to discover user needs, design solutions, and test your assumptions prior to building.
- An understanding of the purpose of prototyping as a means to explore and validate design concepts and solutions.
- The desire to regularly collaborate often with other designers; share, learn, and mentor.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design improvements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and decisions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex user workflows into intuitive and efficient interactions.
- A solid understanding of the impact of strong design and have good business intuition.

- A high bar for quality, and you know what great work looks like.
