Sr. Trial Paralegal - Intellectual Property
The Elite Litigation Team is seeking a Senior Trial Paralegal.
About the Role
This role involves supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation with a heavy emphasis on trial preparation and in-court support. The paralegal will manage trial exhibits, witness lists, binders, demonstratives, and daily trial materials. They will coordinate expert discovery, handle document-intensive matters such as ESI management, review workflows, and productions, prepare and file pleadings, and support depositions, hearings, and trials.
Responsibilities
- Supports attorneys through all phases of litigation
- Manages trial exhibits, witness lists, binders, demonstratives, and daily trial materials
- Covers expert discovery including reports, exhibits, and deposition logistics
- Handles document-intensive matters such as ESI management, review workflows, and productions
- Prepares and files pleadings in state and federal courts
- Supports depositions, hearings, and trials including on-site trial support when required
- Works closely with attorneys to ensure deadlines, filings, and trial logistics are executed seamlessly
Requirements
- 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- Demonstrated trial experience is required
- Strong command of litigation technology and case management tools
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to operate independently
- Comfortable working directly with partners in a lean, high-performance environment
- True trial-driven work (not document-only litigation)
- High exposure to sophisticated, nationally significant matters
- Respected trial lawyers who heavily rely on their paralegals
