The Elite Litigation Team is seeking a Senior Trial Paralegal.

About the Role

This role is ideal for a paralegal who thrives in fast-moving trial environments and works closely with attorneys to ensure seamless execution of deadlines, filings, and trial logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Supports attorneys through all phases of litigation, focusing on trial preparation and in-court support.
  • Manages trial exhibits, witness lists, binders, demonstratives, and daily trial materials.
  • Captures and manages expert discovery, including reports, exhibits, and deposition logistics.
  • Handles document-intensive matters such as ESI management, review workflows, and productions.
  • Prepares and files pleadings in state and federal courts.
  • Supports depositions, hearings, and trials, including on-site trial support when required.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of litigation paralegal experience.
  • Demonstrated trial experience is required.
  • Strong command of litigation technology and case management tools.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Able to operate independently and work comfortably with partners in a lean, high-performance environment.
  • Experience in true trial-driven work, not document-only litigation.
  • Exposure to sophisticated, nationally significant matters.
  • Work with respected trial lawyers who heavily rely on their paralegals.
  • Opportunity to be a core member of the litigation team, not back-office support.

Qualifications

  • Must have a bachelor's degree.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with case management software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay

$110,000 - $125,000 per year.
