Sr. Treasury Management Consultant - Government
About the role
Directly own all of the relationship management activities for high value and other key relationships in the assigned business segment or geographical region/specialized vertical. Assumes full responsibility for portfolio growth and expansion of cumulative relationships with other banking partners. Monitors and enhances profitability of all relationships and proactively takes action to mitigate client and revenue attrition. This is a government portfolio focused on large state relationships.
Responsibilities
- Own all relationship management activities for high value and other key relationships in the assigned business segment or geographical region/specialized vertical.
- Assumes full responsibility for portfolio growth and expansion of cumulative relationships with other banking partners.
- Maintains and enhances profitability of all relationships.
- Proactively mitigates client and revenue attrition.
- Focuses on large state government relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Seven or more years of treasury management experience.
- Ten or more years of treasury sales and relationship management experience, strongly preferred.
- Extensive experience working with and managing relationships with government agencies.
- Extensive knowledge of treasury management and other bank products and services.
- Strong sales/business development and relationship management skills.
- Effective in working with individuals, groups, and vendors across the company to manage customer relationships.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications
Location: Hybrid/Flexible Schedule. The role offers an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

Pay
$147,420.00 - 180,180.00
Schedule
