About the role
As Nutrabolt’s Senior Treasury Analyst, you will oversee strategic cash management, liquidity planning, risk oversight, and global treasury operations. Beyond daily cash execution, this role serves as a key business partner to FP&A, Accounting, Legal, and Operations, providing insight and support for working capital optimization, risk management, and growth-related initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Liquidity, Cash Management & Forecasting
- Manage global cash positioning and liquidity across entities
- Prepare and deliver daily and weekly cash reporting with analysis of key drivers
- Lead preparation of short-term cash forecasting in partnership with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and FP&A
- Execute and oversee intercompany funding to maintain optimal bank balances
- Support treasury operations to ensure sufficient liquidity for business needs
- Banking, Capital & Treasury Operations
- Serve as a primary point of contact for global banking and payment partners
- Maintain bank account structures, signatories, authorizations, and account administration
- Coincoperate opening and maintenance of domestic and international bank accounts
- Administer the corporate credit card program and related controls
- Analyze banking fees and support initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce cost
- Prepare letters of credit and support debt-related documentation
- Treasury Reporting, Controls & Compliance
- Prepare and present treasury reports, cash forecasts, and analyses to senior management
- Reconcile global bank accounts to the general ledger and support month-end close
- Ensure compliance with global treasury-related regulations and banking requirements
- Prepare regulatory filings, including FBAR
- Partner with Legal and banking institutions on KYC documentation
- Support internal and external audits, including bank confirmations and treasury documentation
- Systems, Process Improvement & Business Partnership
- Support treasury system enhancements, automation initiatives, and accurate setup of new vendors in treasury and payment platforms
- Document and maintain treasury policies, procedures, and SOPs, including controls for vendor onboarding, bank detail verification, and documentation requirements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with AP, Legal, Procurement, and business partners to support working capital management, mitigate payment and fraud risk, and enable growth initiatives
- Respond to treasury-related business inquiries, including new vendor setup requests, and provide ad hoc analytical and operational support as needed

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- CTP a plus
