Sr. Treasury Analyst
About the role
The Fall Creek Sr. Treasury Analyst is responsible for the Company’s day-to-day Treasury operations including Cash Management, Financial Risks (foreign currency, interest rate, and financial counterparty credit exposure and risk management), as well as Cash Forecasting and reporting. The position requires a high degree of independent professional judgment in problem solving, finding practical and effective solutions and risk mitigation.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to Treasury being viewed as a trusted leader and partner by communicating and building partnerships with all stakeholders (A/P, A/R, Accounting, Tax, Payroll, Legal, Internal Audit and banks).
- Partner with the business and act as Treasury project lead in executing banking strategies, M&A or market integrations, as well as departmental and company projects.
- Responsible for cash positioning, debt management, wire entry, local bank sweeps, cash management reporting, invoice preparation and customer service.
- Timely and accurate reporting, such as monthly borrowing base calculation and quarterly debt covenant compliance.
- Prepare bank account opening and closing documents and lead related account provisioning and bank communications.
- Letter of Credit issuance, reporting and maintenance.
- Support management of relationships with banking partners and negotiate terms, fees, and optimize banking services.
- Aid the month-end close process, and respond to internal/external audit requests.
- Contribute to global Transfer Pricing model strategy in partnership with external tax advisors and set up and oversee systems for capital repatriation from various entities.
- Track foreign withholding taxes and filing requirements.
Requirements
- Required Education, Knowledge, Skills and Training: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other Business related field; 5+ years’ experience in Treasury/Finance in a multi-currency global organization; Ability to be a proactive, strategic thinker with solid problem-solving skills; Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strict attention to detail and prioritization; Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; Ability to develop clear action plans and drive processes with many interdependencies; Demonstrated record of success in a multicultural environment and ability to work effectively with diverse communities; Ability and willingness to perform the essential functions of the position; Demonstrated professional and ethical business practices, adherence to company policies and standards, and commitment to personal and professional development.
- Desired Qualifications: CTP Certification; Bilingual in English and another global language; Work experience outside the USA; Experience driving improvements in treasury and tax processes; Minor/Double Major in technology, data analytics, information systems, or similar; Ability to travel internationally.
