Position Summary
The Senior Treasury Analyst is responsible for maintaining the company’s debt and investment portfolios, supporting daily cash operations, maintaining banking infrastructure and ensuring accurate and timely debt payments, reporting, and compliance. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across Finance, Accounting, Legal, and external banking partners.
Responsibilities
- Debt & Investment Management: Create and maintain debt and investment deals within the Treasury Management software (SAP), support the execution and settlement of debt‑related transactions and investment activities, and maintain and analyze detailed schedules for all corporate debt.
- Debt Reporting & Compliance: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual debt reporting packages for internal stakeholders and auditors, maintain compliance calendars, and support the preparation of lender reporting, covenant calculations, and required certifications.
- Daily Cash Operations: Create and approve wires, deposit checks, support the check exceptions process, and maintain the company’s bank account structure.
- Process Improvement & Systems: Utilize AI to find efficiencies in processes, identify opportunities to automate manual processes, and strengthen data accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- 3-5 years of treasury, corporate finance, or accounting experience
- Strong understanding of debt, investment, and treasury operations
- Advanced Microsoft Office experience
- Experience with SAP
- Knowledge and ability to navigate through AI tools
