Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor, consulting with customer organizations to understand their mission, operational priorities, and desired outcomes
- Conduct skills gap analysis to identify the workforce capabilities needed to achieve organizational goals
- Design and propose workforce development roadmaps that align Esri training to customer’s skill gaps, strategic objectives, and critical business goals
- Proactively identify business development opportunities within the existing customer base through ongoing consultative engagement and discovery
- Partner with teams across Esri to shape comprehensive solutions that address each customer’s organizational challenges
- Represent and communicate the value of training to both internal and external Esri customers
Requirements
- 5+ years of consulting, advisory, or workforce development experience
- Direct work-related experience in or familiarity with the organizations and operations of the communities served (such as state and local government)
- Demonstrated ability to apply creativity and structured thinking within a consultative engagement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level presentation
- Ability to travel as needed, up to 20% of the time
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
- Recommended: Master’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field

Pay
- A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is: $93,600 USD - $178,880 USD
