Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the Legal team's Knowledge Management and Training program
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to unify training topics for the legal department
- Create and deliver engaging training content and onboarding programs for new hires
- Design and optimize legal knowledge content for AI systems to enhance usability and self-service
- Establish standards for knowledge capture and governance to promote efficiency
- Mentor Training & Knowledge Management Specialist to ensure departmental consistency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Learning and Development, Knowledge Management, or related field
- Minimum 10 years professional experience with at least 7 years in Training and Knowledge Management
- Experience supporting an in-house Legal department or paralegal experience is required
- Demonstrated expertise in creating engaging content such as e-learning courses and training curricula
- Advanced proficiency with tools like Confluence and Articulate, plus AI content optimization experience
