Sr TPM for Field Integration Test, Leo New Product Launch

Key job responsibilities

• Manage the engineering interface towards end-to-end field verification and Beta teams
• Ensure LEO satellite solutions perform flawlessly in real-world environments
• Develop issue management mechanisms connecting engineering and business teams
• Define KPIs that measure program health and build reporting for leadership visibility
• Jump in to problem solve and debug alongside engineering teams
• Identify opportunities to automate manual validation workflows
• Build AI-driven reporting and triage tools
• Drive adoption of these solutions across the team
• Shape current validation approach and future Leo communication system validation processes

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams
• Experience coordinating embedded software and hardware testing programs with understanding of functional validation methodologies
• Knowledge of user experience validation and IP networking or wireless technologies testing
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and related tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience building AI-driven automation tools for testing, reporting, or triage workflows
• Experience leading large-scale validation programs for telecommunications or satellite systems
• Proven track record of driving process improvements and increasing validation efficiency within complex technical environments

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
