Basic Qualifications

• Experience executing a cost, schedule and technical baseline or related experience
• Prior CAM (control account management) experience or relevant / related experience
• Demonstrated Risk and Opportunity Management experience or related experience
• Expertise in relationship building and communication with internal and external customers as well as employees at all levels
• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance

Job Description

The W93/Mk7 program is developing the next generation Reentry Body to support the FBM mission of strategic deterrence. This position will be responsible for Execution of the ground testing program in support of W93/Mk7 program. Develop master test plans for data needs identified by Product PM. Develops test concepts, criteria and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration and test. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program in support of test objectives. Create modification drawings to hardware to facilitate testing data needed for test success. Maintain program hardware utilization matrix.

CONUS Travel

As a member of this team you will be expected to: Execute the cost, schedule and technical baseline of the design and fabrication of the Mk7 ground test program. Support a multi-functional team across several domains and ensure control accounts are completed with acceptable Cost, Schedule, and Risk to meet sales and revenue goals. Control the Program Baseline to meet program objectives and milestones and exercise the Program Change Control Process effectively Communicate horizontally and vertically, providing leadership and customers with timely and accurate status Collaborate horizontally with enterprise organizations to meet program objectives and milestones Manage geographically distributed and multi-disciplinary team communications to deliver on established programmatic commitments

Desired Skills

• Master's degree in a Business or Engineering field
• Project management Certification (PMP)
• Experience leading / integrating solutions for geographically disperse teams
• Knowledge of DoD acquisition, program lifecycle, and spiral development
• Experience managing cross discipline efforts that include design, test, operations and systems engineering scope
• Strong leadership skills
• Experience with Department of Energy and their support contractors
• Experience leading a multi-disciplined technical team
