About the role

A key contributor to the overall unified customer experience of U.S. Bank. Responsible for demonstrating excellent customer service in accordance with U.S. Bank’s Core Values. Accountable for sales and service activities in all Consumer Banking and Branch Delivery branch locations (Metro, Community, and In-Store On-Site).

Responsibilities

• Handle routine financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, advances, payments, etc.) while ensuring a positive interaction with customers/non-customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend U.S. Bancorp products as appropriate.
• Follow established policies and procedures while processing transactions in an effort to mitigate risk.

Schedule

• Part-time, 20 hours per week.
• No set schedule - flexibility to work:
  • Monday to Friday (8:45 AM to 5:15 PM)
  • Saturday (8:45 AM to 12:15 PM)

Pay

• Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour.
• Sign-On Bonus: $750.
