Sr. Technical Sourcer

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Technical Sourcer to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will focus on building and executing sourcing strategies that support hard-to-fill engineering and specialty technical hires. The Sr. Technical Sourcer will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to create strong candidate pipelines, improve sourcing effectiveness, and elevate the overall candidate experience. The position also brings a data-driven and AI-enabled approach to talent mapping, outreach, and workflow optimization in a fast-moving environment.
