Sr. Technical Program Manager (Security & Compliance)

For our client, a leader in the Consumer Technology space, we are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (Security & Compliance) to join their team. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery, collaborating across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities in a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain comprehensive program plans and roadmaps for Information Security initiatives.
• Coordinate initiatives related to identity management, vulnerability management, and secure software delivery.
• Collaborate with leaders across various departments to ensure effective execution.
• Establish and manage regular program reviews and executive reporting.
• Track and escalate commitments, risks, and dependencies with clear context.
• Translate complex objectives into executable plans while preserving accountability.
• Facilitate cross-functional decision-making and document outcomes for follow-through.
• Create dashboards for visibility into program progress and risk management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in computer science, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex security or IT programs from strategy to delivery.
• Expertise in program governance, including planning, risk management, and reporting.
• Strong communication skills for aligning technical teams and stakeholders.
• Analytical skills to utilize data and dashboards for informed decision-making.
• Experience with AI in enhancing engineering and operational processes.

Pay

$139,475 – $153,900 annually.
