What You'll Do
- Lead cross-functional, global/matrixed teams; manage schedules, risks, dependencies and deliverables across hardware, software, construction and facilities teams.
- Build strong relationships between various cross-functional teams.
- Drive end-to-end large scale GPU cluster builds and deployments.
- Gather requirements, scope, help prioritize, resources, budget and planning for all phases of the Program life cycle.
- Drive organizational alignment and efficiency by coordinating with multi-functional leads and streamlining processes.
- Serve as the first point of escalation for the project team.
What You'll Bring
- 7 to 10+ years in technical program/project management, with direct experience in hardware systems, data center deployments or AI/ML Infrastructure.
- Hands-on or strong familiarity with high-performance computing (HPC), GPU clusters, datacenter power/cooling, networking and Infrastructure deployment.
- Ability to match the Tesla fast pace & culture.
