About the role

We’re seeking an experienced Technical Infrastructure Program Manager in Charlotte, NC (or Herndon, VA, Seattle, WA) to oversee data center build projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional and technical teams from conceptual design feasibility through requirements, budget, completed design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
  • Use your judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence without authority, analytical talent, technical aptitude, and leadership to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders across multiple time zones, manage capital budgets, eliminate non-value-add activity, design solutions, remove blockers, and find creative ways to accelerate project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management; End-to-end management of entire DC build scope, from site identification through delivery of server capacity to the customer.

Requirements

  • Experience with MS Office, MS Project and MS SharePoint.
  • Experience with Tableau, KanBan, Playbook, SQL and systems integration is a plus.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: data center or network capacity planning, data center or network infrastructure program/project management, or related technical fields.

Pay

Base salary range for this position is listed below. USA, NC, HAMLET - 148,700.00 - 201,200.00 USD annually
USA, VA, Herndon - 148,700.00 - 201,200.00 USD annually
USA, WA, Seattle - 148,700.00 - 201,200.00 USD annually
