Sr. Technical Program Manager
At LiveRamp, we are the data collaboration platform of choice for the world’s most innovative companies. As a groundbreaking leader in consumer privacy, data ethics, and foundational identity, we set the new standard for building a connected customer view with unmatched clarity and context while protecting precious brand and consumer trust.
About the role
We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Identity and Data Foundational Solutions team. This role provides strategic oversight for a portfolio of complex programs, serving as the critical link between Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing/Go-to-Market, and Commercial teams. You will be responsible for translating our strategic vision into a successful execution strategy by fostering cross-functional alignment and strengthening key stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end execution of multiple complex programs, from facilitating quarterly planning to iterative changes, all the way through to successful commercial launches of multi-quarter solutions and incremental feature deliverables.
- Partner with Executive Leadership across multiple solutions to prioritize across solutions, managing scope/timeline/capacity trade-offs and reinforcing the prioritization framework when faced with new injections or displacements.
- Proactively identify, track, and resolve program-level dependencies and technical complexities across teams to ensure seamless delivery while simultaneously mitigating risks and escalating blockers where appropriate.
- Actively listen through retrospectives to continuously implement and refine planning, development, and release techniques, ensuring teams maintain high Jira hygiene and utilize engineering metrics to improve team health, efficiency, and delivery quality.
- Own the "quality of the solution" by trusting and verifying technical estimates, ensuring rigorous testing/validation steps, and making sure every issue identified in syncs has a clear owner and resolution plan.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in program management, technical program management, or product delivery roles - preferably in high-growth B2B SaaS or technology companies.
- Proven ability to drive initiatives from conception to commercialization.
- Strategic thinker with operational discipline - you plan for scale, align execution to business goals, and never lose sight of customer and stakeholder outcomes.
- Strong Agile methodology expertise, both at the team and scaled program levels.
- Highest level of communication skills, able to confidently navigate executive conversations, lead cross-functional alignment, and influence decisions at all levels.
- AI-curious and impact-obsessed: You’re energized by the possibilities of AI to improve how people work, and you're ready to lead the charge from idea to execution.
Qualifications
- Skilled at guiding various cross-functional teams toward decisions without relying solely on formal authority.
- Proven ability to facilitate objective go/no-go decisions and scope adjustments based on timing, rationale, and business impact.
- Proven ability to synchronize efforts across multiple disciplines (Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, etc.) and hold them accountable to deliverables.
- Ability to anticipate group dynamic issues and prevent conflict before it arises, fostering a collaborative "one-team" environment.
- A "forward-looking" mindset that identifies and resolves difficulties before they impact the critical path.
- Effective communicator who can confidently navigate executive conversations, lead cross-functional alignment, and influence decisions at all levels.
- Experience in managing "loaned/borrowed" developer resources to balance staffing needs with overall team health and project requirements.
- A deep sense of accountability that extends beyond direct areas of responsibility to ensure the final product or service meets the highest quality standards.
