About the role
The PubTech (Publisher Technologies) team builds and operates extensible services that empower publishers (1p and 3p) to improve the monetization of their customer experiences, along with the experiences themselves. We bias toward standards-based and flexible designs that allow publishers the ability to invent on top of our solutions and to interoperate well with other advertising technology providers—both internal and external.
We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) who will define and deliver programs with significant complexity and/or broad cross-organizational, global, or technology impact. Your work will focus on large engineering efforts that solve significantly complex or endemic problems. - Drive executive-level escalations with excellent judgment.
- Deliver solutions that meet Amazon’s high standards for customer satisfaction, efficiency, stability, extensibility, simplicity, and operational excellence.
- Amplify your impact by educating the TPM and engineering communities on program management best practices (e.g., in your organization, at your location, or more broadly).
- Participate in knowledge-sharing and collaboration with other TPMs, including attending and/or presenting at internal conferences.
