Key job responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives across many teams that will provide developers with high-impact improvements.
• Drive technical requirements, design, and delivery planning, working across engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure successful launch of initiatives.
• Enable transparency and decision-making across leadership by providing critical communication and clear status of the initiatives you own.
• Apply your expertise, problem solving skills, and creativity to add value and diversity of thought to our team.
• Unify distributed engineering efforts and own the plan to deliver high-profile new tools and features for developers that build on Alexa.

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 3+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Prior Experience

• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
• Define KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
• Next-gen AI Exposure
• Gain expertise in an emerging, high-demand field that few engineers have deep experience in

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
• Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
