Sr. Technical Program Manager, Ads AI Core Services

About the role

This role will see you collaborate with a large number of teams across WW Advertising to drive key initiatives to improve resilience of advertising systems, take the lead on driving design for large scale critical systems and work with the retail and AWS to drive cross org initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a large number of teams across WW Advertising to drive key initiatives to improve resilience of advertising systems
• Take the lead on driving design for large scale critical systems
• Work with the retail and AWS to drive cross org initiatives
• Be 100% focused on the customer, understanding their needs and requirements, plus anticipating future trends that will serve their needs
• Drive results, being able to coordinate large, multi-functional projects on-time, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance business needs versus technical constraints
• Define or review the systems-level technical design of your projects and balance near term business need with long term implications for Amazon
• Rationalize technical requirements and business priorities in cross-functional teams
• Manage cross-functional communication to ensure all business and technical stakeholder’s needs are aligned

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 3+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
• Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps

Qualifications

• Strong program management background
• Demonstrated experience leading medium to large products and projects
• Well-rounded background in current web technologies
• Able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment
• Maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence and leadership are essential to success in this role
• Data-driven and analytical
• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written

Pay

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.

• USA, WA, SEATTLE - 148,700.00 - 201,200.00 USD annually
