About the role

As a Technical Program Manager on the Analytics & Insights team within AWS Global Deal Strategy & Programs (GDSP), you will drive operational excellence across our data and analytics portfolio. You’ll lead prioritization meetings with internal customers, establish and scale team-wide processes, and ensure alignment between engineering, product, and business stakeholders. You’ll own the mechanisms that keep our programs on track: intake and prioritization frameworks, delivery cadences, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, brings structure to complex multi-team initiatives, and has a bias for action in a fast-paced environment where data-driven decisions directly impact AWS’s commercial motions.

About the team

The GDSP 3PX Analytics & Insights (A&I) team is the centralized data engineering and analytics partner for AWS’s Private Pricing organization. We own the end-to-end data platform from core data modeling and pipeline infrastructure to reporting artifacts and self-serve analytics, providing data-driven support to Private Pricing stake owners across AWS. We are a high-ownership, fast-moving team consisting of PMTs, Business Intelligence Engineers, Data Engineers, and Software Development Engineers who thrive in ambiguity and deliver at pace. We manage a broad portfolio spanning multiple business verticals while maintaining a strong bar for data quality, operational rigor, and customer obsession. Our data ecosystem and insights are foundational to how Private Pricing programs are designed, measured, and evolved—directly shaping the strategies that drive AWS’s largest and most complex enterprise deals worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Drive operational excellence across the data and analytics portfolio by leading prioritization meetings with internal customers.
  • Establish and scale team-wide processes to improve efficiency and alignment.
  • Ensure alignment between engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
  • Own intake and prioritization frameworks, delivery cadences, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder communication.
  • Manage programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
  • Define KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and report to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
  • 3+ years of software development experience.
  • 5+ years of technical program management experience working directly with software engineering teams.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules.
  • Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.

Pay

  • USA, MA, Boston: $148,700.00 – $201,200.00 USD annually
  • USA, NY, New York: $163,600.00 – $221,300.00 USD annually
  • USA, WA, Seattle: $148,700.00 – $201,200.00 USD annually
