About the role

Lead the design of women's performance outerwear where technical engineering, feminine fit, and AI-driven innovation come together. You'll own your categories end to end and help define how AI transforms outerwear design, at a company committed to performance and innovation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of women's outerwear design, focused on technical, outdoor, and performance products
• Expert knowledge of jacket engineering and construction
• Strong command of women's fit, fabrication, insulation, and trims
• Proven cost engineering with manufacturing partners
• Hands-on AI proficiency across design, research, and visualization
• Portfolio required showing technical construction and completed products

Responsibilities

• Own creative direction for women's technical outerwear categories
• Build tech packs, technical drawings, and construction details
• Choose materials, insulation systems, and functional trims
• Design silhouettes that perform and sell
• Translate market research into new products and innovations
• Partner with overseas factories to reach target costs
• Integrate AI tools into concept, color, and visualization work
• Collaborate with Merchandising and Production from concept to final production
