Responsibilities
- Lead Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) initiatives with a focus on AI-driven reliability, scalability, and performance for large-scale systems.
- Design and implement concepts for reliability, including automation, scaling, auto-recovery, redundancy, and availability.
- Oversee application and infrastructure capacity planning, SLA/SLO definitions, and adherence.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Cloudbees or Jenkins.
- Utilize APM and observability tools (e.g., NewRelic, Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk) to monitor and optimize system performance.
- Hands-on experience with PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry), including App-Pilot and Presto.
- Conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) and scale successful outcomes to enterprise-level deployments.
- Apply AI technologies and Gen AI tools (e.g., GHCP, Claud, AWS Bedrock) to enhance system reliability and performance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of IT experience with Java Web/Enterprise projects.
- Strong understanding of runtime support and the application development lifecycle.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and Java frameworks.
- Solid experience with AWS cloud computing platforms; AWS Certification preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of AI technologies and Gen AI tools with a focus on reliability, scalability, and performance.
