Sr Technical Lead-App Development

Role & Responsibilities

• Hands on enterprise level J2EE based web application development and support
• Hands on experience in Spring / Spring Boot / Microservices/ Cloud technologies
• Experience on Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) environment
• Experience in troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Experience in support role with numerous SAAS solutions, activities such as production monitoring of data, error analysis, client correspondence (both electronic and phone) as well as deep dive investigation of issues stemming from failures
• Lead team at multiple locations
• Provide guidance, assistance and mentoring support to junior team members
• Maintain ownership of issues until resolution, drive other teams as needed, set customer expectations accordingly
• Good presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills, work with different stakeholders including customers
• Experience in kanban and ticket-based model
