Sr. Technical Infrastructure Program Manager, Data Center Planning Delivery
About the role
We're seeking an experienced Technical Infrastructure Program Manager in Charlotte, NC (or Herndon, VA, Seattle, WA, or Atlanta, GA) to oversee data center build projects. Technical Infrastructure Program Manager will lead cross-functional and technical teams from conceptual design feasibility through requirements, budget, completed design, implementation, testing, and deployment. Along the way, you will use your judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence without authority, analytical talent, technical aptitude, and leadership to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders across multiple time zones, manage capital budgets, eliminate non-value-add activity, design solutions, remove blockers, and find creative ways to accelerate project delivery.
Key job responsibilities
- End-to-end management of entire DC build scope, from site identification through delivery of server capacity to the customer
- Stakeholder management across cross-functional and technical teams
Basic qualifications
- 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: data center or network capacity planning, data center or network infrastructure program/project management, or related technical fields
Skills
- Strong communicator (both written and verbal)
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities
- Understanding of mechanical/electrical engineering concepts
- Ability to apply a variety of project management tools, methodologies and techniques for all phases of the project lifecycle
- Demonstrated experience in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and risk management, reporting and metric development/tracking
- Experience with MS Office, MS Project and MS SharePoint
- Experience with Tableau, KanBan, Playbook, SQL and systems integration a plus

Pay
- USA, GA, Atlanta - 148,700.00 - 201,200.00 USD annually
- USA, NC, Charlotte - 148,700.00 - 201,200.00 USD annually
- USA, VA, Herndon - 148,700.00 - 201,200.00 USD annually
- USA, WA, Seattle - 148,700.00 - 201,200.00 USD annually
- Package includes sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs)
- Final compensation determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location
