Sr Technical Content Creator, Developer Marketing
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Sr Technical Content Creator to join the Developer Marketing Team. This role focuses on driving compelling narratives and creating engaging content tailored for developers, serving as both a technical content manager and an enthusiastic evangelist.
About the role
A successful candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies that resonate with technical audiences, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and showcase technical solutions in a clear and compelling way. As a technical creator, you will partner with teams to develop educational, thought leadership, and product-specific content (e.g., blogs, videos, tutorials) that resonates with developers and scales across channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver technical marketing content
- Translate complex technical solutions into value-driven messaging for key audiences
- Serve as a subject matter expert during product launches and events
- Partner with product, engineering, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and product roadmaps
- Work with the community to highlight success stories, creating compelling content that underscores the value of the product or solution
- Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive developer awareness strategies that align with company goals
Requirements
- 5+ years of designing and producing content for a technical audience, such as Software Engineers, System Administrators, or IT professionals
- Experience writing for developer and technical audiences (e.g., blogs, product documentation, technical information)
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization without a direct reporting relationship

- USA, NC, Raleigh: $138,000.00 - $241,400.00 USD annually
- USA, NY, New York: $151,800.00 - $265,600.00 USD annually
- USA, WA, Seattle: $138,000.00 - $241,400.00 USD annually
