This is a first-shift Tuesday-Saturday position, with occasional holiday work required.
Responsibilities
- Environmental monitoring of manufacturing cells.
- Sterility or BET of final product.
- Processing of in-process samples or environmental samples.
- Prepare data and trend analysis, numerically and graphically, for monthly and quarterly quality system reports.
- Work in both Drug Delivery and Penicillin facilities as needed.
Requirements
- Must have knowledge of basic science, math, healthcare terminology, and computer skills (including Microsoft Word and Excel; as well as database applications).
- Good writing and verbal communication skills are required.
- Good problem solving and teamwork skills required.
- Long periods of standing or sitting may be necessary; ability to lift, carry, and reach packages (typically 5-10 pounds) on multiple shelf levels in both ambient and frozen environments.
- Must not be allergic to penicillin or cephalosporin drugs.
Qualifications
- High School Degree or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline such as Biology, Microbiology, or Chemistry preferred.
- 2+ years experience in regulated manufacturing required if High School is highest level of education obtained.

Pay
The estimated base salary for this position is $51,200 - $70,400 annually. Individual pay is based on location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
